At FRS Kindergarten our mission is to provide every child with the opportunity to flourish in a safe, warm and nurturing environment where they feel respected, valued and listened to.
We provide children with a safe space from which to explore the world around them, developing their curiosity and challenging themselves to take the next step.
We support the children in developing their own Jewish identity and voice in our welcoming and inclusive community, enjoying shared experiences, traditions and songs and celebrating major festivals together.
We recognise that parents are the child’s first and most important educators. We respect and value our parents and aim to have an open, honest and supportive relationship with our families.
We incorporate positive opportunities and experiences for all children through inclusive practice, respecting diversity and ensuring equal access to the provision. We believe that every child can make progress in their learning with the right help.
We have a strong culture of care, kindness and teamwork, pulling our individual strengths together to create a dynamic and fun learning environment for children and adults alike.
We value the benefits of outdoor learning and play and the children able to free-flow indoors and outdoors during the day.
We support and extend learning and development appropriately and sensitively incorporating each child’s individual interests and motivations.
We promote a healthy lifestyle, and by meeting the physical and emotional needs of our children, we create a clean and safe environment for them to thrive in. At FRS Kindergarten, we work together to promote children's welfare and protection. It is our duty and responsibility to protect children from harm.
We have a highly skilled team of teachers most of whom have NVQ Level 3 or Degree Level training and attend regular continued professional development. All staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid and receive regular Safeguarding training.
