I wholeheartedly recommend FRS Kindergarten to any prospective parents. If you visit, you'll immediately see the warm, caring atmosphere, but as a parent of two FRS graduates and one current student, I can testify also about the huge efforts the teachers all put in to each child's individual learning and progression. One even baked 'dinosaur bones' at midnight so my dino-loving son could be 'shocked' to discover fossils one morning!
My three kids (who'd never been to any other setting or even stayed with anyone else bar immediate family before) very easily settled and never even cried when starting FRS. Instead, they returned home, glowing with adventures they'd been on, and friends made. My eldest was incredibly well prepared for school too. It's a unique setting that we've been privileged to have found for our children.

We are incredibly privileged that our daughter attends FRS Kindergarten. The teachers and staff have created a nurturing and inclusive environment where my daughter is flourishing. We are constantly impressed by the level of care and the standard of learning. She is being exposed to a wide variety of opportunities for learning, growth and fun, with an incredible range of activities that encourage development of skills that will stand her in good stead for years to come.
FRS Kindergarten is helping to shape our daughter into a bright and kind member of a community. We truly feel lucky that she is being afforded such an excellent start at a genuinely very special nursery.

The best decision I've made for my son is to choose FRS Kindergarten.
This magical, calm nursery has brought out the best in him, with its acceptance that children develop at different paces and without fitting into tick-boxes.
As a parent, I learn so much from Emma and her team. They are deeply knowledgeable, thoughtful and measured in their approach. And they're always readily available to discuss things.

We couldn’t have wished for a more lovely environment for our daughter. Since she turned 2, she has attended FRS nursery and truly loved every minute of it. The teachers and staff are wonderful, attentive and nurturing. I only wish she could stay at FRS until she was 18!

My two sons absolutely adore FRS Kindergarten. Jamie has left and started school and still begs to drop off his little brother as he loves seeing the teachers and toys that he had such a brilliant time with; Toby runs into nursery every day with a beaming smile. The teachers are so nurturing and kind that my kids felt at home from the start. FRS Kindergarten is a really special place where the staff really care for the kids like their own, children learn new skills with confidence and have amazing experiences too, from visiting the dentist to seeing a real fire engine pull up in the playground and a petting farm stop by. I’ve already signed up my new-born daughter!

Alex has loved the Kindergarten reopening. However, it was never truly ‘closed’ as the whole team worked so hard to continue the communication, activities and fun virtually. It was hugely appreciated to have regular and frequent contact with the FRS Kindergarten team at such an uncertain time. We were particularly impressed and grateful for the clear and concise explanation provided about how the kindergarten would function on a day to day basis once the children returned. From the huge amount of thought and organisation that had obviously gone into every aspect of the plans, we knew Alex would be well looked after.
Now Alex is back in the building and he could not be happier. Any anxiety he, and we, had quickly disappeared as soon as he was welcomed with a huge smile by his teachers. We are incredibly grateful to the whole team for all their hard work, thought and effort throughout this. We feel very lucky to be part of such an incredible community.

The kindergarten at FRS has managed the return to our new normal with joy, pragmatism and sensitivity. Of my 3 children, it was my youngest who struggled most with lockdown. He is absolutely delighted to be back and is happy and thriving. He will be well prepared to start school in September. We are all so glad to be here.
