Raymond Simonson
I have been a Jewish communal professional for c.30 years, working in the field of informal Jewish education and community & youth work. I have a particular focus in my work on leadership development; high quality conversations; cross-communalism; strategy; objective setting; vision and values driven leadership. I have been CEO of JW3 for 11 years.
We've been members of FRS for around 12 years or so, and have been coming to services since 2009/10 (Kuddle Up Shabbat was our entry point!). We most regularly come on Friday nights (pretty much every week), and all chaggim. Less regular on Shabbat mornings (probably once every 4/5
weeks or so). I have been one of the voluntary Security Leads since we moved into the new building and I volunteer for the Winter Shelter.
I am an alumnus of the Senior Faith in Leadership Programme and have experience of interfaith relations.
