Rabbi Tony Bayfield will be offering an hour-long session on Yom Kippur entitled ‘Who on Earth am I? Personal Reflections on Jewish Identity.” Tony says: “The session will be a cross between a post-modern sermon with texts, music and opportunities for response. The aim is to provide a context for you to explore the meaning Jewish identity holds for you and the obligations it imposes in these immensely disturbing times.”
In addition to the music, me speaking and discussion, some of the passages in the handout will be read by a reader. The reader will be Jeremy Front:
Jeremy Front is an award-winning writer and dramatist best known for his Radio 4 plays and series. He also writes and stars with his sister Rebecca in Jack and Millie. His latest play, Guilt Trip will be aired on Radio 4 later this month.
