We are delighted to welcome you to Out of the Darkness: A Shabbaton for Adults, on 1 February 2025.

Spend a Shabbat afternoon in the best possible way: with food and Torah for our minds, bodies and souls!

The day will begin with Shira at 9.30am, followed by Shacharit at 10.30am: this service will be lay-led, so if you would like to be part of leading the service, please let us know when you book.

Please bring a meat-free, nut-free dish to share for lunch. Extra points awarded for creativity!

Then stay for an afternoon of learning: there will be a choice of sessions with FRS clergy and educators, plus a yoga session with Sunnah Rose, all the way through to a musical Havdallah.

This event is open to everyone - the only experience you need is life experience!

Booking is required for the lunch and afternoon sessions. Please make sure you're logged into your account in order to complete this form. The Shabbaton is free, but we would be hugely grateful for any donations to help cover the costs of running the event, including security.
