School Points
Collecting School (CRP) Points at FRS
We are pleased to welcome you in person to our services in order to collect CRP (Certificate of Religious Practice) points for admission to a Jewish day school. Please remember that every school has different requirements, so do check the admissions pages for any and all schools to which you wish to apply. (Please do not email us asking about individual schools; if you're not sure, call the school.)
One in-person visit per Shabbat will count towards your CRP points. You can attend either a Friday service (Kuddle Up Shabbat at 4.15pm or Kabbalat Shabbat at 6.30pm) OR a Saturday morning service at 10.30am, but if you attend twice on one weekend, it will only count as one visit. Festival and Chaggim services do not count towards CRP points.
If your preferred school allows volunteering to go towards points, FRS Members can also give their time to TEAM FRS. We have many volunteering opportunities to enhance life at the synagogue and support our members. Click here to find out more.
Please note that FRS no longer signs for online visits to services. If this is a problem for you because you or your child are physically unable to get to the synagogue, please email rachel.fidler@frs.org.uk.
How to collect:

Please scan the CRP QR code which can be found at the entrance of the Ohel (prayer hall) every time you attend services.

FRS Members:
Once you've attended the number of services your chosen schools require, please download and complete their CRP forms. You can then email them as a PDF to Rachel Fidler to sign them digitally, and she will also let parents know times when she will be available to sign in person.

Non-members who have registered will receive an email offering a selection of times when a member of the FRS clergy team will be available to sign forms in person at FRS.
