Non-members will need to book for all services. Non-member booking is now OPEN, click here to join us.

Members will only need to book if they wish to attend Kol Nidre and Yom Kippur Day services at FRS, or if they wish to attend our B'Yachad service. You can do so here.

Members wishing to attend Rosh Hashanah services at StoneX Stadium or FRS, and Kol Nidre/Yom Kippur services at Habs do not need to book.

Everyone needs a ticket for High Holy Days 5785 at FRS. These will be in the form of named lanyard inserts, and entry will be dependent on having these. These will be sent to all members along with your Tree of Life Magazine in September, so keep your eyes peeled!

If you need assistance, please call the FRS office who will be able to help (020 8446 3244).

Q: What happens if I book and then find out I can't come?

Please let the office know as soon as possible so we can ensure that we can accommodate everyone who does want to come.
Email lauren.coffman@frs.org.uk.

We will be using lanyards inserts as tickets. Each member will receive their lanyard insert and an information booklet in their Tree of Life mailing in September. This must be brought with you to each service; you will be able to collect your lanyard holder at the first High Holy Day service you attend.

Non-members will be able to collect their lanyards at the first High Holy Day service they attend or by contacting Volunteer Receptionists once you have booked.

Q: I have lost my lanyard insert, what do I do?

Don't worry, a spare copy will be available at the first High Holy Days service you attend or to collect from FRS after 9th September. We will not be posting out additional lanyard inserts.

Once you have booked, your ticket will be available to collect from 9th September at FRS or at the first High Holy Days service you attend. They will not be posted to you in advance.

The Habs Experience

Q: Why are we holding our Yom Kippur and Kol Nidre services at Habs this year?

StoneX is primarily a rugby stadium, and sometimes they actually want to play rugby there! We are grateful to have found such a beautiful alternative venue at which to be holding these services: Haberdashers' Boys' School is a charming, spacious, multi-access venue with plenty of parking.

Q: I like to wander between the services to meet up with different members of my family, can I still do that at Habs?

Yes, this will certainly be possible at Habs. The majority of services will be centered around their 'Quad', allowing for easy access between different services.

Q: Are we being allocated seats?

No, seats in services will be on a first come first served basis at Habs.

Accessibility and Inclusion

Q: Are all the venues accessible?

Yes, just make sure you let us know if you have specific accessibility needs by emailing Stephanie Cramer

Q: Can I access Habs in my wheelchair?

All venues have step-free access, accessible toilets, parking and lifts.

There will be wheelchair space in each service, please let us know to reserve them in advance by contacting Stephanie Cramer.

Q: Will there be enough machzorim (books) this year?

If you have a new machzor, please bring it to Erev Rosh Hashanah and 2nd Day Rosh Hashanah services
If you have an old machzor, please bring it to all Yom Kippur services with you
On Rosh Hashanah day 1 we will have enough draft machzorim for everyone
