A Taste of Torah
In spite of the limitations imposed on us by Covid, there has been a steady stream of Torah sessions - mostly on Zoom - over this last year. We have been able to learn from, and with, many rabbis and teachers who are either members of FRS or closely associated with the community. FRS is fortunate in having access to some of progressive Judaism’s most inspiring explorers of Torah - from younger graduates of Leo Baeck College to rabbis with decades of experience in their bones - all of whom have been prepared to either come in person or share their thoughts on screen.
The community is very grateful to all who have shared their wisdom so generously and open-heartedly. In difficult and anxious times, we have been able to see, under the guidance of our teachers, how the richness of our tradition can offer solace and stimulation as well as food for the soul.
